Shipping Information

We are a small team and are always working hard to get your orders out as soon as possible. However, we kindly ask you to please allow 1 - 5 business days for your order to be dispatched. 

We are working to ensure your order gets to you as quickly as possible. You will receive your tracking information via email once your order has been shipped, so you can keep up to date with your order delivery time.

Shipping Within New Zealand

Please note that we currently only offering shipping within New Zealand.

We have a flat rate of $15.00 for North Island deliveries and a flat rate of $30.00 for South Island deliveries. Rural deliveries incur an additional charge. If you are having your item/s delivered to a rural address, please select this option when checking out.

Please note we do not deliver to parcel lockers or PO boxes.

All of our items are carefully wrapped and packaged to ensure they reach you safely and securely. However, due to the fragile nature of our handmade soy candles, there may be some damaged caused during the during the shipping process.
